Program Assessment and Job Placement Coordinator
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Reports to: Program Administrator
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED
*at least 2 years experience assessing individuals skills and placing individuals in employment

Job Description: Responsible for the completion of all duties related to Assessments and Job Placements per program requirements including but not limited to:
While following site specific policies and procedures as well as Windfall Industries Policies and Procedures:
*Assess participant skill levels.
*Develop contacts with local businesses for possible participant placements.
*Assist with Job Placements; providing required paperwork.
*Provide input for program participants
*Attend meetings as needed.
*Recommend assistive technology, rehabilitative engineering techniques and modifications as necessary for individuals to optimize their successes.
*Maintain required participant assessment paperwork and supplies
Must be able to pass background screening per DODD/Medicaid specifications.
*Will be required to obtain training in First Aid, CPR and MANDT at the companies’ expense.
*Additional training will be required as deemed necessary at the companies’ expense.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to transport participants in your personal vehicle.
