Job Title: Program Clerical/Case Manager

Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Reports to: WIMS Program Administrator

Education/Experience:High School Graduate or GED
Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook Experience
Data Processing and Data Entry Experience
Understanding of FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act)
Understanding of Federal (TANF), State/County Participation Reporting & Requirements.

Job Description: Responsible for the completion of all clerical/case manager duties related to the operations of theprogram including but not limited to:
*Follow site specific/Windfall Industries policies and procedures.
*Establish positive rapport with clients through various forms of communication (phone, email,text, in person contact, etc.).
*Update and maintain client case files/records.*Maintain all program orientation equipment, paperwork, and supplies.
*Use JFS system(s) as requested to help monitor and track participants.
*Enter attendance sheets, good cause and general information in the JFS system.
*Prepare correspondence and reports as needed*Ensure participants are referred to all required assignments/appointments while attendingprogram (i.e. job skills classes, computer labs, etc.)
*Attend all required meetings (in-person/online) including conferences, state & local training and state hearings as needed.
*Provide all necessary documentation in compliance with County/State/Federal Funding a timely basis. Prepares case notes and additional documentation as requested.
*Work with various community agencies as needed.
*Demonstrates customer service skills when dealing with program employers*Assist with production floor responsibilities as needed.
*Perform other duties as assigned per contract deliverables.
Other Requirements:
*Must be able to pass background screening per ODDD/Medicaid specifications.
*Additional training will be required as deemed necessary at the companies’ expense.
Additional Activities:Any additional duties as needed.
