Lawn Care Crew Leader
Join our team! Windfall Industries can accommodate most schedules and are happy to provide flexible scheduling. We are now hiring a Lawn Care Crew Leader to work at The Medina County Board Of DD. As a Lawn Care Crew Leader, you will be working with adults with developmental disabilities to complete lawn contract requirements. You will pick up and drop off your crew at their homes using a Windfall Van and then proceed to the County Board where you will mow grass, pull weeds, spread mulch, Maintenance lawn equipment and other like tasks. There is daily documentation you will provide relating to the work that your crew does including handling their payroll and making a manager aware of any concerns that may arise with the crew, contracts or equipment. No experience is necessary, we will train you. Rate of pay will be relative to experience in lawn care,landscaping, and/or working with people with disabilities. Must be at least 18 years old, have a clean driving background and must pass a criminal background check.
