MAP

MAP was developed as a stepping-stone to help students and adult individuals with disabilities transition from the traditional county board facility or school to competitive employment. As a paid training site, individuals learn work ethic and proper social skills required for competitive employment. Services are available for up to eight hours per day.

Windfall started out as a provider of service to Medina County Board only. In four years time we are providing direct care services to both Medina and Summit County Boards and seven different school districts in two counties.

MAP floor staff is required to maintain registration with Ohio Department of DD as well as participate in training with Summit County Training Collaborative. Staff is well versed in training job readiness skills and is required to have a background check before entering our work force.
